Summer's almost over... that obviously means it's almost snow season, but it also means this season's snowboarding videos are about to premiere and hit shops. With the DC team all over this year's videos, this week we decided to hook up links to teasers for all of the best movies that'll be hitting shortly. We've already hooked up a few of these in the Newsclip, but here we offer an all-inclusive list:
Double Decade, Mack Dawg Productions | the snowboard film production powerhouse is dropping Double Decade, an aptly titled celebration of their 20 years in business. Look for Devun Walsh, Iikka Backstrom, Lauri Heiskari, and Aaron Biittner in this highly anticipated project.
Aesthetica, Standard Films | DC ams Torstein Horgmo, Chas Guldemond and Lonnie Kauk have earned slots in this video... judging by Standard's reputation, we can expect to see some pretty ripping backcountry action from the three young guns and the rest of Standard's crew.
All Day Every Day, Sandbox | featuring DC's Ryan Tiene and Andrew Geeves. These guys worked hard all winter up in Whistler and this film will show you nothing but that.
These Days, TransWorld SNOWboarding Productions | Jonas Carlson filmed all season with an elite group of up and comers who were hand-picked by the magazine's film staff to deliver a film that will stand alone in the mix.
That's It, That's All, Brain Farm Productions | Travis Rice is finally ready to drop his snowboarding epic, That's It, That's All. Clocking in at nearly three years in the making, the movie's been shot entirely in HD and features lots of pretty interesting heli angles. And if you know T.Rice's style, you know that we're in for some pretty amazing riding, both in terms of style and overall sheer gnarliness.
See What I See, Runway Films | look for DC's Kimmy Fasani and Raewyn Reid in this flick, which offers a personal perspective at what it's like to be at the top of women's snowboarding.
Stay tuned to this Newsclip and dcshoes.com... we'll let you know when each of these hit shops so you can go grab a copy!
